This is a newly opened eaterie in Carcassonne one of a large chain of franchised restaurants trading as Ristorante Del Arte and operated by a large French owned restaurant group. In whichever Del Arte restaurant one dines the menu varies very little with preparation...and presentation conforming to the Group management criteria but inevitably as with all franchised food chains, the diner 's experience much depends on the quality and control exercised by the Franchisee. In Carcassonne, the food is mainly prepared and cooked by the Chef and kitchen staff in an area in full view of the diners. We visited for lunch in January. Lots of free parking outside the door and easy to find. The decor was nice and the staff friendly enough. The menu is multi- lingual which helps if you don't speak much French. It is a typical Italian chain,...nice decor (but it is newish! staff friendly but we did not have continuity in serving staff which was a bit strange to us. The house Rose was fine and the food good but nothing to rave about. A functional meal but would not go there for a special occasion.The pizzas looked good.

very good discovery, I recommend the dish are really not bad cocktails too I recommend and especially welcome to the top with a nice waitress with a tattoo in the unusual blow I will come back without hesitation
