I sent it back, but didn't need to since it was inedible anyway. The sauce tasted like it was an opened can of tomato paste stirred into the pasta. Will never return"

This restaurant has been taken over by new owners and it is fantastic. The owners are usually there (good sign in my books) and are attentive without being obtrusive. The food is freshly made and you can tell. It is the type of restaurant to go on a date or with good girlfriends or just a special occasion with the family. The wine list is great and they also have a bottle service. They are very accomodating. On one occasion I had the Eggplant parmesan which is in the appetizer section.I wanted to have it for dinner with pasta and they were great at making that into an entree for me to enjoy. Well, we now have visited this restaurant 4 times in the last 2 months. We have found to be VERY inconsistent in the quality of meals as well as service. We have tried mid-week, Fridays, Saturday and early in the week. Our first time was very good with a family member serving as well as bar. The quality of the meals ordered (fresh fish was excellent. Second time didn't recognize anyone and from the noises in the kitchen sounded very disorganized. The third and 4th time both in October would have given 5 out of 10 for both quality and service. When we asked for a special request was met with NO, not let me check with the chef but NO. When we asked for the chef to be asked it was done but not...
My husband and I made a last minute decision to swing by the new Don Vincenzo Ristorante for our dinner on a Saturday night. We shunned from the previous Teresa 's Fine Dining for a while due to its terrible service. The new service was excellent, attentive and efficient. The food came quickly, and it was fresh and delicious. I had the best clam chowder tonight: it 's creamy, savory and light at the same time with potato puree in the soup. My husband ordered his favourite Shrimp Diavola and it didn 't disappoint. We had such a fantastic experience and already made a reservation to go back in a couple of weeks. We've been eyeing this place for quite some time and finally made it out. Most of the food was divine (bruschetta app, meat plate) and we would have given it a 4 star if it weren't for the fact that one of the specials was bland (better homemade) and the antipasto platter was mediocre for the price set. Presetting gratuity of 18% for a small group (less than 8) was absurb. Unfortunately, it was not up to the standard we expected from this otherwise fine dining restaurant. It's a shame as we would have liked to make it a more regular visit for our family outings.
Visited Teresa's with my wife last Saturday and was very impressed by the dedication of the owner. It's wonderful when your treated like a VIP when dining and Teresa's provides just that. The food has a Sicilian twist to it that seems very authentic and quite different than others. Portions are quite large so you wont leave hungry. Nice cosy vibe inside, would recommend going before this place get's too busy once the word gets out.
The best:service Our waitress,Maria,was knowledgeable about the menu,replenished the water without trying to push for expensive items. The average:food The melanzane alla parmigiana were served almost cold,the antipasto plate was nothing to write home about it,the scaloppine con marsala were good. The bad:room setup The place is open space:the noise reverberates.We couldn't hear ourselves talking. Would I return? Maybe....
Horrible food, I read a reviews and almost all of them very good and we decided to go with a couple of friend. We ordered fried calamari they were not cooked with terrible souse, eggplant was terrible, then we took 3 type of main course. Spaghetti with seafood, ravioli and veal scaloppine everything was horrible, I just don't understand how people can wright such a good reviews about them horrible food
This restaurant is now called: Don vincenzo ristorante by Teresa. We had driven by it many times and finally went for dinner. The food was outstanding the portions are very large and very tasty. The menu is diverse with lots of choice. The service was outstanding and there were lots of special touches.. The prices are fair overall a wonderful meal and dining experience. We will go back.
Excellent service, food is delicious. We were 4 people, ordered 4 different dishes and sheared them (kind of buffet style). All of them were great! Food is fresh, comes warm and I could tell that it was freshly made and not warmed up! Place is quiet and spacious. Nice view and a lot of sunshine. Great experience! Certainly will come back and yes, I would suggest the place to a friend!
