the local is a typical bodega with a narrow seating and simply held. the service was very friendly and accommodating. There were inkfish and a green salad. the inkfish was fresh and tender and the green salat did not come out of the bag. to the main course we were served linguine with black summer truffle. the pasta was cooked on the spot and the sauce was a dream. it was also not tastefully refurbished with truffle oil. the truffle taste was accordingly fine, but unfalsed. To dessert we shared a ball vanilleeis with the tessintypical nocino.
We've been living half-time in Locarno for 4 years and to this day we've never been to the Bottega, a big mistake. It is undoubtedly one of the best places in town. We had goose liver, fresh salmon and Entercote Café de Paris. Maybe not for everyone. But you can't beat what we had! We'll be back soon.
