Nicht nur dass wir fast eine Stunde auf unser Essen warten mussten, am Ende noch eine halbe Stunde auf den Kellner zum Abkassieren warten mussten wurden wir zu guter letzt noch abgezogen... der Chef der abkassiert hat, hatte keinen Beleg dabei und konnte alles im Kopf rechnen ... naja wohl nicht so ganz! uns wurden dann 6€ mehr berechnet was wir aber leider erst später mit der Online Speisekarte nachrechnen konnten da wir keinen Beleg erhalten haben. Durch die Wartezeit und die Abzocke war das das erste und letzte Mal dass wir hier essen waren!!!
Disappointing, although there were almost no guests in the house, the waiting time was quite long. The Italian salad consisted of iceberg lettuce, onion rings, a few strips of pepper and a few cocktail tomato halves. The main course was ok so far. Unfortunately, the chairs in the restaurant are extremely uncomfortable and therefore an extended visit there is no joy. The very loud noise from the kitchen and at the counter made the stay no fun. The very long waiting time to pay was incomprehensible. So the visit was unfortunately disappointing.
eating is super, both pizza, pasta and other dishes. especially the involtini attracts us again and again. also children like to see guests who are unfortunately not always expected in Germany. at franco and his team they feel like home. whether inside or outside the environment is good. special wishes are also no problem for the kitchen. they can also order everything. everything in all simply very recommended.
Great pizzeria with friendly staff. Food is always very good. It's best to reserve a table in advance. We always enjoy being guests here.
