Ristorante Vaudagna

Kept by a Belgian-Italian couple. A traditional healthy Italian cuisine, cooked in front of you in the open-plan kitchen. The menu changes according to the market offer. We had tagliatelle with lobster divinely prepared in a light herb - tomato sauce. It was the best we ever had. Certainly, a place to keep in your agenda. Furthermore, the atmosphere is casual, homely.

Driving along the road, you may find this restaurant difficult to find and if you do -- you will find the exterior underwhelming in its modern simplicity.However, inside the food and atmosphere is outstanding. True Italian cuisine and always courses which will delight.Not the cheapest .. but possibly the best Italian food for many many miles around.

This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel and we weren't dissapointed. Being off season we were the only ones there but service was still great and food was fantastic, especially the panacotta which is made in-house.

We arrived late and w/o a reservation but they were still welcoming. The chalkboard menu in Italian featured the offerings of the day. Everything was delicious.
