Wow, I saw both of the 1 star reviews and I was confused. Now I completely understand. The staff there is completely miserable with their jobs. Treat the customers like they are unwelcome. There is one woman, appears to be latin, that is completely miserable and rude, never smiling or saying anything nice, just flat and rude, like she wants you to leave the place as soon as possible. I will NEVER return to this place. Left a horrible taste in my mouth after leaving the last time. Also please note, everything at this cafe is overpriced. I read the two 1-star reviews and was initially puzzled, but now I completely get it. The staff seems genuinely unhappy in their roles and treats customers as if they don't want them there. There's one woman, who appears to be Latina, who is particularly unfriendly—she never smiles or says anything pleasant; instead, she comes across as dismissive and eager for customers to leave. I will NEVER go back to this place again; my last visit left a really bad impression. Additionally, everything on the menu is overpriced. They seem to be taking advantage of their location in an office building, assuming people will choose convenience over quality. It's not worth your money or time.

I have no complaints about the staff here; they are always cheerful and attentive. However, I believe there is room for improvement in efficiency, as the wait times can be a bit lengthy and the prices are somewhat high for cafeteria food. That said, the food is generally decent, and the selection ranges from good to very good.

At the Framingham location, nobody smiles or seems friendly. It feels like it’s an inconvenience for the staff to perform their jobs. Was charged for a purchase and was neither at this establishment, nor even in the state of MA. Credit card company said my card number was manually punched in on the 6th of January, 2017.
