I waited in line for 10 minutes, and then a guy jumped in front of me. I clearly told both the cashier and the man that I was next, but the cashier seemed more interested in flirting and smiling at him. When I finally got to the front, I asked if I could receive a discount for my time and patience. She just stared at me like a deer in headlights and responded with a casual "oh ok." I refuse to spend my money at a place that lacks decent customer service. I didn’t catch the cashier's name since she wasn’t wearing a name tag, but she was at the left window, more focused on giggling with the guy and her coworker rather than attending to customers.
The staff is always nice at this location they just need more people came on a Saturday they only had one guy working the line was long but he did a good job. I forgot to get his name he had a great attitude and took the order and made ice cream had the line moving quickly. I had the best Mango Gelati it was so good I will be returning soon!!! ?
Ritas is open. You know summer is here when Ritas is open. You can get that summer vibe of walking the boardwalk when you order anythingbon the menu. My go to is You just have to getvthe Italian ice any flavor will do. Super hot day a mango frozen drink cools you down. What else can I say go to Ritas in Odenton.
They were out of four flavors we wanted to try, and the line wrapped around the side of the building, but everyone was friendly as always!

The flavor combinations are insane. It was my first visit but definitely not my last. I tried the apple pie sundae. It was very amazing.
A delightful family outing when the weather is pleasant. They offer a fantastic variety and the portion sizes are quite reasonable.
Always delicious. Our doggo loves the custard pup cup.The staff is as sweet as the treats they serve!
Glad to see Rita's open already. Friendly courteous employees. Frozen custard cones can't be beat.
