I usually don?t come to this Rita?s but happened to be nearby. We ordered 4 items, all of which included chocolate custard and were not so nicely told that the chocolate machine wasn?t working. As we paid for our items, we saw another employee handingsomeone else a chocolate custard cone. We lightly joked about it but the girl helping us very rudely told us that sometimes itstops working for a few minutes and there was nothing she could do. Had we known this happens frequently and only takes a fewminutes to fix it we definitely would?ve waited. The staff was very unfriendly and blunt and didn?t offer any assistance. Idefinitely recommend the Little Fall?s location over this one I always have...
First off the Swedish fish blending was amazing. Its been so long since I have eaten unicorn and they pulled it off, they hit the mythical nail on the head. And that unicorn glitter the sweetest dirt (wink) ever. Will be going back soon.
It's Rita's, I mean come on, 5 stars is a guarantee. Only negative could be the fact you may have to wait in line a bit during peak hours because, well, it's that damn good ????
The custard at Rita's Italian Ice is fantastic! It’s the perfect choice, especially when you're in the mood for a classic apple pie topped with ice cream.

The blend of creamy chocolate and coconut ice cream was absolutely delightful. The scooped chocolate chip flavor was also incredibly tasty.
The portion size for $7.29 was quite small and felt overpriced. However, the price for the Italian ice itself seemed reasonable.
Love this Rita's. Great service. Sometimes there is a line, but it moves fast. I love the mango gelato.
Never had an issue with an order from here! Love the Italian ice and the milkshakes!
