I had to edit this review because for some reason my review says Dundalk 1 the review is for the owings mills location next to Ledo's Pizza! 9700 Groffs Mill Dr, owings mills md.I just walked away a few minutes ago. I walked up to the window patiently waited a few minutes because of course no one was the window to assist me.I watched 2 young girls walk up the front, 1 may have been working, 1 looked right me no one greeted me, said give me a few minutes or anything.The 1 that looked me had an airpod in her ear she may had possibly been on the phone, not certain. She was talking but could've been talking to her coworker. I watched this girl peek around something to look me, I guess to see if...

Went here for some quick ice cream and it was not the best experience. The guy working there was rushing me and on top of that he got my order wrong. I got a twist custard with chocolate chips and cookie dough but he only give me vanilla with the two toppings. There were two other things I ordered for some friends and luckily those were correct. The concrete was very small it was about the size of a kiddie cup.9/10 because of the size of concrete and the wrong order.

So the customer service was absolutely horrible, I wasn’t greeted at all the one girl had an AirPod in her ear having a full blown conversation then she asked more than three time what i had ordered then came back again and asked a forth time I said if you take the AirPod out you can hear my order, I will not be returning to this location. These young folks want a paycheck but don’t wanna work for it.

This place was absolutely delicious! I had a banana and chocolate twisted custard topped with rainbow sprinkles, and it was incredible. So rich and creamy! I highly recommend this location! Reserva una mesa ahora

Google says the business updated their own hours 3 weeks ago and they're open until 10pm on Mondays. Came at 9pm and they were closed. Waste of time.

A very great place to get Italian ice and frozen custard. Tbis is the only place that is not so close by. We need more of these around Reisterstown.

The black cherry gelato is absolutely delicious! It's a shame they don't offer it every day.
