Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

We love Rita's Water ice!! All the locations near us have friendly staff and we leave happy. Today my daughter got the mermaid gelati. She said she didn't like the sprinkles so I tried them, and they were really hard! Not like regular sprinkles. So I scooped off the sprinkles and she was happy. I got a mango gelati and it was delicious. My daughter noticed that it smelled nice inside the store, and she was right! It was a pleasant ice cream smell, unlike the smell previous reviewers noticed. I have nothing but good things to say about Rita's!

I’ve been disappointed that last couple times I’ve been to this location. When I spend $6+ on a large custard with a topping I expect that the cup is more than half full.I said to the person at the window that there wasn’t as much custard as there should have been and her response was that the person that made it was new and didn’t even offer to fix the issue.I will no longer be giving them my business. I will spend my hard earned money at the Rita’s on York Road in Willow Grove.

Ordinarily I wouldn 't trust anywhere that mistakenly confuses water ice with Italian ice . However the reliable inclusion of sugar-free flavors which don 't taste like chemicals makes me give them a pass.

Loved what I had. Limited flavors at the time but I still say despite what they were missing Rita's hit the spot whenever open. Small parking lot but less crowded.

My cup must have had a hole in it : Always a treat and good customer service here!
