Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

The first time I had Rita 's was at the Bellefonte DE location. I remember the cake batter custard and watermelon gelati being extremely good, but that I got a brain freeze from slurping on the gelati layer too fast. I always wondered what the Italian ice would taste like blended in with the custard. The blendini today (custard, Oreo bites, mango gelati thanks to Yousef 's recommendation, and hot fudge) was like a McFlurry on steroids, with all of the ingredients perfectly blended. No brain freeze and a much needed fix when you desire cream on a snowy weekend. Friendly service made this visit a great experience. Glad to take advantage of this location before it starts to get packed during the summer months.

One of my friends started coming here months ago so I started tagging along with him and I fell in love with the flavors here my usual is blue raspberry and lemon in frozen drink form when they have it! I even started to bring my girl here recently and she’s very selective on what she likes she now calls it our place. The server there is awesome as well and remembered my previous orders since I’m a regular. This has quickly become my go to spot!

I went inside and I asked if the had a blue raspberry flavor AND THEY SAID NO. When I asked the server looked very angry and did not treat us well . Be aware do not go!! We walked out with nothing! Please do not go be
