I’ve been getting Rita’s since I was a kid and I loved it then and I still love it. It’s always a great sweet treat and it was again today. The owners and staff are really polite and were very welcoming. I have tried almost all of their different drink options, but the Italian Ice is still my favorite and their best seller. Today I chose a large cherry with salted caramel custard on top and it was absolutely fantastic. I don’t think I would ever not be in the mood for it. The woman working behind the counter was so nice and spent a lot of time telling us all about the flavors and options. Great custard, great service!Parking: A good amount of spots, but shared with multiple businesses and the lot is a tad tight. Rita’s has the best soft serve in LA hands-down and the service is amazing. The ice cream is always served with a smile. They have so many different flavours of frozen custard that it’s really fun to come back and find a new favourite.
This place is definitely a good start to all these low quality to just ok food places on these couple blocks on Sepulveda Blvd. Hope to see more places like this.

I had a great experience at this location. My husband enjoyed his Blendini i got a Gelati. Amazing flavors and i think its work the price.
The frozen vanilla custard with hot chocolate was so so good. The person on the counter is so friendly and welcoming. A must try place!!
Love their ice cream the wild cherry ? one was very good I love the peach ring one it was delicious would come back there again
$7.99 for a small. Very extremely overpriced!! It tasted good but never again for that much. That is legal robbery!!
