Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

The lady behind the counter was kind of condescending and annoying. I asked to try two flavors of ice and she said she would be “limiting me to one sample”. I’ve worked at Rita’s before and this wasn’t a rule when I worked, or whenever I’ve been to one. They also won’t take debit cards for under orders under 5 dollars, just so you know. The women taking my order was just really snide. The ice was fine, same as any other Rita’s but the cup wasn’t domed properly and was flat on top, which isn’t how Rita’s serves their ice. I definitely won’t be back, pretty disappoint.

I am a huge fan of Rita’s Ice Cream drove 15 minutes away to this location . Unfortunately the service was horrible. We are a family of 6 including 3 kids) the lady kept rushing us and making faces . When I comforted her she was very rude ! And didn’t even apologize. I regret coming here ! Waste of time ! She ruined our family time

If you advertise that you are going to be open until 9 be open until 9. I REALLY don't appreciate driving out of my way to find out you closed early. I am going to check to see if the other franchises in this area are owned by someone else. I sure hope so because you don't seem to think business hours matter.

My 1st time with my lady was great. I allowed a gentleman and his family to go ahead of us. The guy after he was done payed for our oder. It was a small oder the girls received a good tip. Great impressions were good that day. Thanks to Them good guys Reserva una mesa ahora

If you’ve ever taken a review seriously take this one. Customer service is terrible. Also they give practically the least possible. Go to any other Rita’s but this one and get the moneys worth. Save your time and money

Standard Rita’s but it’s in a tough location being at the intersection with all the traffic lights. I sometimes forget they are there but when I go, the ices are solid.

i gave a two star only for the taste. exquisite to say the least. yet a baby mouse was stuck in the bottom. disgusting. Reserva una mesa ahora

I like almost all of their products. But the frozen coffee is a total overkill for the amount of sugar it has.

They serve the best custard and Italian ices. They are a little pricey in my opinion.
