Rip off. Went to Rita 's in Seaford, DE for 2 large custards with chocolate sprinkles. This is what I got for $6.28 $5.49 $0.79) each. I asked Ariana if these were large, like we asked for, and she said yes. The custard settles in the cup was what she said to me. Doesn 't look like I will go there again and get ripped off. I compared what I got with what the example they have for amounts in the cup sizes that is above their machines. Doesn 't even compare with their large size cup example. Rip off.They are more concerned with twist counts than filling the cup. Dairy Queen is consistent on their product and the cup is always full. Very disappointed. This Rita's is hands down the best I've ever visited. They consistently get my orders right and make an effort to accommodate some unusual requests. My daughter enjoys her vanilla custard served in a cup with chocolate sprinkles at the bottom, followed by the custard, more sprinkles on top, and then a cone. It's a quirky combination! Although the way items are packaged for delivery makes it challenging to follow instructions perfectly, today they included the cone separately, demonstrating their commitment to doing their best. This Rita's never lets me down!
I ordered a large blue rasp through door dash with a request for my favorite flavor of green apple since it's never on the app. Whoever filled my order not only gave me green apple but gave me a size larger with a hand written note. I won't forget this thank you unknown ritas employee.
The eyo peanut butter jelly flavor ice was truly the best flavor I’ve ever tasted—an absolute delight! It’s exactly what you’d expect, but even better. It pairs perfectly with vanilla or strawberry custard. Please don't ever get rid of this flavor!

Ordered multiple times and its always delicious. Was sent a plain Italian ice and not a gelati this time on accident. App was easy to use to refund the extra I paid. I will order again.

There is a wide variety of custard and ice cream flavors to choose from, along with friendly customer service and high-quality products.
The ice cream had a smell similar to spoiled milk, and to make matters worse, I found bugs in my cup.
