Hey I would recommend this Rita’s to anyone. Rita’s water ice is Rita’s water ice, thats that. But the customer service here is what really satisfied me. Long story short I was given a errand by my lady which I normally tend to mess these things up some how. I had to pick up 6 different quarts of water ice that had to be delivered at exactly 8:50pm. Due timing of the event and for it not to melt) I called Rita’s well in advanced that day to place the order and make sure they had the flavors. I talked to a gentleman named Tyler, he had it all set up ready to go with spoons, napkins and cups all neatly in a box. Rita 's advertised a blue shark gelati and my two girls 5 and 6 years old wanted to try it. Both of them got one. After one spoonful, both said yuck and couldn 't eat it; it tasted horrible. I called Ritas and explained what had happened and asked if we could get a different one. They said no returns once it leaves the window . I didn 't want a refund, we ended up throwing them both in the garbage and the girls went without eating dessert. Before this experience I thought people who asked for samples were annoying, however I 'll be sure to ask for samples for now on. I am very disappointed with this visit.
The restaurant was very accommodating, friendly, and clean, with a nice selection of options. Since my toddler is lactose sensitive, it's great to have a place to go for ice cream. An employee even took the time to check for any milk ingredients, which I appreciated even though I didn't specifically ask for it. That was just a really thoughtful gesture! My child seemed to really enjoy the "Unicorn" flavor, which tasted a bit like strawberry cotton candy. Overall, it was a lovely outing with the family.
Italian ice is always good and was looking for that today so googled for the closest Rita 's. However, I got the 5 layer gelati and they should stick with ice. The custard appears to be regular soft serve ice cream...

If you like icecream and water ice, kids love it, more than I would like to pay for water ice or ice cream, go to Sam's club and get a big cone for a dollar
This place is fantastic! The horchata ice is simply incredible – I absolutely love it!
you can never go wrong with Rita's, they're always fast and very consistent
