Went to the Park City Wine Tasting and friends were talking about these chocolates so I had to go. I was told would love the bourbon barrel chocolates and they are great. The Lavender one is a close second.

Fun to see all the steps of the chocolate. Also quality recipe with few ingredients, and only 8 people on the manufacturing floor. Very interesting.

Don't rely on their hours. Here on a Monday before 2pm, but they are closed.
