Last summer, my friends and I stopped at The Ritual for breakfast, which was fantastic. When we visited again this year, we were disappointed to see that the menu had changed. The vegan breakfast sandwich we had enjoyed last year, filled with a delicious combination of smokey tempeh, avocado, tomato, and fresh greens on a large focaccia, was no longer available. In its place was a vegan sausage, pre-made JUST egg, and a few greens on a smaller bun. While it was still tasty, it felt more like fast food compared to our previous visit. I couldn't help but wonder if the changes were due to cost-cutting measures related to COVID-19. Additionally, they used to offer a variety of vegan baked goods...
Excellent. I consider myself a coffee connoisseur and I travel frequently, always searching Yelp for the top coffee spots in each city. It takes a lot to impress me. Having lived in Italy, I know the potential for a perfectly crafted, flavorful cappuccino. Every step, from the growth of the beans to the final cup, must be done with precision. Ritual Coffee in Prince George has perfected this process.
The staff at this restaurant are always friendly and efficient. I absolutely love their delicious coffee and the baked goods they offer are also tasty! I only wish I could visit downtown more often so I could stop by Ritual for a coffee. By the way, you need to open a cafe in the Spruceland area. I would be a regular customer there every day.
The interior of the restaurant is charming, with a bright atmosphere and plenty of greenery. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I ordered a latte with oat milk, a breakfast macro bowl, and a vanilla cupcake - all of which were completely vegan and absolutely delicious. The cupcake, in particular, was excellent!

I recently visited this wonderful restaurant with a group of friends for afternoon lattes. The coffee was excellent, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Healthy vegan breakfast and yummy cupcake. They have different mylks for coffee and tea latte. It was delicious
Proper espresso shots and excellent reading material make this place an excellent stop. 10/10 would do again.
