The entire experience from beginning to end was laughable. We had a “reservation” as we knew the hotel was booked up and expected a possible long wait. (It is the only food option in the Hilton hotel) The lady at the front desk was less than pleasant when we arrived. She shook her head no as if she never heard of a reservation before or honoring our reservation was not going to be possible. I visited this restaurant for a work happy hour and tried some appetizers. The cheese curds were delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the seasoned tots. The happy hour deals were very affordable. I returned for dinner the following evening since the restaurant was conveniently located in my hotel. I ordered the chopped salad with beets, goat cheese, and chicken, and it was incredibly delicious. The portion was so large that I didn't even need to order a side to take back to my room. The service was also excellent.
I had a negative experience at this restaurant due to discrimination. The front of house staff was rude and told me to go outside with my service dog because no one there liked dogs. I use a service dog for medical reasons and it is not fair to be treated this way. Discrimination against disabled individuals is against the law and there are protections in place to prevent this kind of behavior. It was a disappointing and disgusting experience, especially after a long day of traveling.
Didn't have a server stop by for well over 40 minutes after being seated. I flagged someone down after 25 minutes and got a sarcastic comment indicating that someone would be coming. A group sat next to us and were served immediately and we needed to ask again after that before seeing a server.

The worst service and meal we have had in a long time. Over 30 min for drinks orders and longer for food which was overcooked and cold by the time it got to the table. And no one (manager or server) seemed care. Won’t return. Give your business to another establishment in the neighborhood.
My hamburger was completely undercooked inside. I ordered it medium, but when I got to the center, it was raw and disgusting. I informed the waitress, but she barely acknowledged me.
The food was fine, we had pizza and fish chips. It was just that, fine. For a wood fired pizza place I had hoped for better pizza. The service was very good.
The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The pizza was fantastic and it's a perfect spot to bring children.

Not very welcoming. Very few customers. Our drinks were not good and we left after one drink and went elsewhere.
Very fun and convenient spot when staying downtown.
