This is an established GEM in Kingston for people looking for a good quality meal. They took care of the diverse nutritional requirements of our family professionally and politely. You have options for any type of diet. Beautiful service and hospitality from the beginning to the end and a ton of large parking space that can be a challenge at some of the city center restaurants. Beautiful, interesting lunch menu, the location is beautiful, as parking is free and available. View of the river offers occasional Sukle and canoe activities, beautiful high ceilings good for conversations. The best place in Kingston.
The food was mediocre. They substituted pasta for soba noodles. One person at our table was served her lamb alone on a plate and the risotto came 10 minutes later. Ten people at our table, no one else in the restaurant, so I don’t believe the food quality or food not arriving together at the table was due to a rush in the kitchen. We definitely will not return. Unfortunate.
A beautiful location but the food was absolutely awesome, starters were excellent, the main was the best steak I've ever had, the dessert was so good I had to steal an extra one from the person who wasn't eating it (their loss). We took over the whole place for a wedding party and it was a very successful party, staff were excellent servers.
