I took a special woman there for a first date, and we had an awesome experience! The staff was professional and courteous, and the food was delicious! She ordered the filet mignon with some cauliflower risotto on the side, and I ordered the caramelized wild salmon. The atmosphere was perfect for such a romantic evening!

I have been to Memphis numerous times and passed right by this restaurant. This was my fault. I will add River Oaks to my favorites lost going forward. This is a great cozy restaurant with a menu for everyone. The service was outstanding and the food was even better.

Best dinner I’ve had in a long time! Salmon was excellent! My husband had the short ribs, they were great! Salad dessert was excellent! Chef took the time to speak to us. Would definitely recommend this place! Our server guided us through a great meal.
