Have been before and enjoyed the Mini Millers Breakfast £5.95 4 items all good produce. However, beware now, that if you wish to change one of the items e.g. tomatoes for baked beans, there is a surcharge of £1.50 for each 'swapped ' item. If you order the items individually it would cost you £6.25 and you would receive 2 hash browns instead of 1. This is cheaper than swapping an item which would cost £7.20! There is no mention of this extra charge on the menu. The Manager told us it was because he had lost 3 chefs over the fact that there was so many changes to orders, it was a problem in the kitchen. However, by charging an additional £1.50, this doesn 't solve the problem for the chefs. G...

Very strange set up you order in one place then collect your food at another when it’s ready, that’s if you’re lucky enough to spot a table to actually sit at. Granted there’s not much they can do about how busy this place always seem to be! If you turn up at opening time you’ll have a good chance at getting a table, if not then forget it. Weekends anyway) Unfortunately breakfast was very disappointing, it was just about warm enough to eat, beans especially were actually pretty much cold. Asked to reheat beans and they did this for us. Just clear it had all been sitting around for awhile and reheated per order that comes in. For price you’d expect better :

We first visited this place a few years ago. I recall enjoying something a bit different. In particular, I recall a delicious salad. On occasions since, we noticed a dumbing down. There was nothing wrong with the food. It was just not so interesting. The last time we went we were so uninspired that we left without ordering. We also noticed all the comfy sofas were gone. I guess this was to fit in more tables. It was busy so I guess the changes have been successful from a business perspective. We won't be going again though.

My companion and I were the second customers in the restaurant. When we ordered at the counter, the lady serving us was very abrupt. We both ordered the big breakfast, but I requested to substitute the baked beans with an extra tomato. Unfortunately, the lady said I would have to pay extra for any changes. Additionally, we were surprised to find out that toast was an additional £2.50 each. We also ordered two large lattes for £3.20 each, and I asked for caramel in mine, which cost an extra 95p. We called here for the morning on our way back from holiday. Beaut wildlife gardens and meadow to walk around along with gift shop and plants for sale. We had a drink in the cafe and there is plenty of seating inside and out, overlooking the River Ivel. We couldn't look round the watermill as it only opens Fridays and Saturdays but I would imag it is very interesting. The site is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Worth a visit. Helpful staff and good toilet facilities. Easy parking.

Location is very pleasant. There are plenty of tables and rather uncomfortable chairs. Unfortunately it was very slow to place our lunch orders but once ordered the food was quick in arriving. Both the vegetarian ploughmans, the non veg ones were not available, and the jacket potatoes were of good size and value. We could have been tempted by the cakes but £3.50 for a tiny piece of Victoria sponge and £2.75 for a 2” square of millionaires shortbread are extortionate prices.

I visited the cafe for the first time after a morning walk from Biggleswade along the river. I intended to pop in for a drink, but once inside I thought I would try the breakfast. Only waited a short time for it and sat outside to eat it.Very tasty breakfast, with a lovely view from my table. I will go here again next time I am out for a walk and spend more time here walking round the gardens.

The restaurant was very loud, but I suppose that's to be expected during half term. Unfortunately, the food was not great - it was bland and inexpensive. I would not choose to dine there again, especially with so many wonderful cafes in the area. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was terrible and the service was also very bad. The general manager of the restaurant was extremely rude. Our small group was treated poorly. I would not recommend eating here if you can avoid it.
