Unfortunately, the negative reviews about this restaurant are accurate. The food is good, but the service is terrible. We arrived at 3pm and it wasn't busy. A teenager ignored us as she took a to-go order over the phone. Another teenager finally seated us without a greeting. The staff seemed unhappy to be there. Our waitress seemed sick or upset and was unfriendly. It took 12 minutes to get our drinks and she was visibly upset the whole time. The boy who brought our food was rude and reached over us to place plates on the table. The waitress only came back after we finished eating to ask if we wanted more drinks. My dining experience last night was fantastic in terms of the food, but my group was upset and insulted by our waitress. From the beginning, she was very rude and uninterested. When I asked if we could split the check per person for drinks and pizza, she informed us that we could only split the check for two people and the rest had to use Venmo or pay with cash. This was a new rule that we had never heard of before and seemed quite unreasonable. However, what bothered us the most was the waitress' rude attitude. We used to frequent Riverside ever since it opened, but recently there has been a change in management or staff, resulting in a decline in the quality of their food. In our last few delivery or takeout orders, there were mistakes with the order and the overall quality of the food was subpar. I would not recommend ordering the kids mac and cheese as it was topped with nacho cheese sauce on plain pasta, which our son refused to eat. On a positive note, the bar offers great drinks and we really enjoy Kaitlyn's service.

Whenever we visit this restaurant, we always encounter issues with both the food and the service. We have been loyal customers for years and we really wanted to support this local establishment, but our most recent experience was disappointing. They mistakenly served our food to another table and refused to replace it. Thankfully, my son noticed the mistake and helped resolve the situation. Good but I can say not the best Riverside in the area. I enjoy pizza for the sauce and crust. It seems this particular Riverside concentrates on the cheese. Which of course I love cheese just like the next. However it's piled on pretty high (too high). That being said I'm sure you can ask for light cheese, but I'm judging based on a normal pie. Just wasn't there for me, however I would go back because it's far from the worst in the area.

The pizza was mediocre. We ordered the elote pizza tonight, but there was no corn, no mayo, and nothing that made it resemble elote. On top of that, the 10-inch pizza cost $20. I have been to many places around the world, and this was by far the worst. It was advertised as an Elote pizza, a dish made with corn, which was not present. This restaurant has no clue what they're doing and is a miserable excuse for a dining establishment.

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was lively. However, I was disappointingly ignored at the pick-up counter. A simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated. The wings were delicious, although I wasn't expecting them to be so covered in sauce. The blue cheese was top-notch. Despite the small hiccup, I can't wait to return!

a very beautiful place with excellent eating. They held today a small party of us and the pizza and pasta was amazing! I bring my family back to dinner!
