I wanted steak so I ordered delivery to my hotel so I can finish up some work. The delivery site said that it was the restaurant staff that does the delivery. Delivery was delayed. I requested an update and they said it was almost there. Twice with the same response. It was about an hour after the order was suppose to arrive. I called the restaurant and they said the order was dropped off at the front desk. No notification about the order being delivered, no idea how long it was sitting at the desk. The food at this restaurant was average at best, the service was very poor, and the atmosphere was unbearable with screaming toddlers running around. The staff seemed poorly trained and unable to handle basic tasks such as separate checks. I have never experienced such incompetence at a diner before. Absolutely everything was bland, just not good at all. I came when they first opened and it was great, not sure how it went downhill. Do not recommend.
