The Roasted Red Pepper is a deli-style store that features a coffee station and tables and chairs so that you can eat in or take out. I love their giant deli-style pickles and their homemade broccoli salad. Each day, they feature two or three hot soups; their cream of mushroom soup is delicious with generous-sized pieces of mushroom throughout. They offer other homemade salads, too (potato, macaroni, coleslaw) that are, in my opinion, much better than grocery store fare. The store is clean and the staff are friendly and engaging. I have loved this place for years, and the owner has always been wonderful. However, during my last two visits, including today, the atmosphere has changed. I understand that the staff is small and that there may be challenges with employees, but it's not fair to take that out on customers. The owner mentioned that my salad would be the last one he would prepare for me, which was quite disappointing. Customer service is incredibly important, and my experience has been affected negatively. I previously gave this place a five-star rating because your food is delicious, but lately, the customer service has really declined.
Great food. I had no idea that I could get a real meatball right next to the subway. Apparently they've been here for 15 years and I'm just over this place today. They do not allow alligators within, even if they are registered as a service animal in Florida. I fully agree with them for this climate of citizens.
Incredible experience! I visited for the first time just to give it a try, and I was pleasantly surprised. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had the chicken parm sandwich, the meatball sandwich, and the Philly cheese steak, and they were all delicious. Can't wait to come back! 10/10!

Best subs and soups in the North Greenbush area. Sausalito turkey is my favorite! This place is always clean and everyone is so nice! Always will be back!
This place always has amazing soups and great sandwiches, and they have gluten-free bread! The staff is always friendly! All around a great place to eat!
