My date and I were excited to eat the hibachi and looked forward to going. To say the least, the food was a little bit disappointing. I have eaten at my hibachi restaurants and always get the yum yum sauce and put it on my rice. The yum yum sauce here has A LOT of pepper in it. Due to having yum yum sauce many other times, I didn’t think that I needed to try it before putting it on my food, but clearly should’ve. With the amount of pepper already on the rice and in the sauce, it was an intolerable amount of pepper and I couldn’t eat any more of it. We went for New Years Eve dinner. It was a really nice time. There a small mishap where the waiterss dropped soup on one of us. So after we cleaned the table and got most of the soup off of his shirt and jacket things were fine. It was an honest mistake and we both completely understand that things happen. Our chef was funny and did a really hood job making our food. My favorite part was after the flaming volcano he added something to it that made it sputter like a volcano erupting. I got the teriyaki swordfish and it was good, they just added it back on the menu. Overall the experience was fun and we will go back. Yum Yum Yum, Sauce that is, man o man do I love me some Yum Yum sauce (they call it that for a reason y'know boy howdy, I ate enough Yum Yum sauce last night you could feed a whole country, got some dirty looks from a few patrons but nothing will deter me from me love of that sweet sweet succulent Yum Yum sauce.
