Robyn's Nest Cafe

Rather disappointing visit. Tables outside had not been cleaned (we ended up having to ask for serviettes to wipe them ourselves! which was puzzling as the café was fully booked inside and the sun was shining today! Both of our cakes were dry and that’s always a massive turn off I’m afraid. There won’t be a second visit.

Whilst the food and atmosphere is good the service offered is slowly slipping. Arrived today for lunch just after 2pm to be advised the kitchen had just closed. On a Monday the two other local cafes are closed so would have thought there was business to be had but maybe wrong. So just cakes and drinks after 2pm. Pity

We went to the robyns nest for breakfast on Saturday morning and it was very good. My iced coffee was perfect and the service was OK. My food was nice except my egg was hard and not runny and the toast was a bit chewy but other than that very impressed and will be returning.

Had a absolutely delicious spicy avocado on toast. Both the food and the service were excellent. We had brought the dogs with us and they revived some free goodies too. I will certainly be returning!

We visited last month. Service was great, welcoming to both us and our dog. Vegan breakfast was perfect, as were the coffees. We will be returning thank you!
