Rocarroz - Reservar una mesa

I still have the taste of a real paella in my mouth. Rice very well cooked: lose and not oily. I made my digestion in 40 mins. I asked the owner about the “excellency” of the ingredients. I was there for an evening to learn how to make arroz al horno and of course eat and drink well at the same. A wonderful experience and extremely good arroz. I 'd repeat it.

Paella here is symmetrical and utterly digestive. One could well say that it's scientific and yet new.
