Rockaberry - Reservar una mesa

I love the cheesecake here. But unfortunately the staff isn't the best. We asked to save a slice of cheesecake and was told it would be reserved for us. Only for us to show up and be told that there was none left. At first he accused us of calling the wrong location to make the reservation. Then after telling them that it was at the correct location, he then explained they don't reserve slices. Why wasn't this told to us ahead of time when we first called to ask for a slice? Terrible. He didn't apologize or take accountability for the mistake.

I was really craving some pie, I’ve been here several times and they never have the pie that I want : key lime). I decided to sit in anyway. As always, they forget to bring cutlery and napkins, never check in on the table and never refill the water. I had to get up to have them come take our order. When the order finally came they brought the wrong soup. It took them another 30 minutes to bring out the correct order. At that point the bread on the sandwich that they let sit was rock hard and inedible. Very disappointed.

Ordered a veggie nachos via door dash. They arrived burnt. Went in to the restaurant but they are only able to refund the nachos. Had i wanted to do a pick up i would. Would have saved myself time waiting for the food, door dash fee as well as the tip.just not right that the i have to waste time and money for a mistake that could have easily been fixed. Would attach a pic of the food but i dont know how.

Just got a piece of the new blueberry lemon cake (my co worker went and picked it up) the slice of cake for the price is terrible they used to give a decent size slice but the piece I got today is ridiculous! Very disappointing! Very small.

Haven't been to the one on Sources in a very long time as the Monkland one is closer. The size of the pies was huge. The price is a little high but at least the portion size was generous.

Delightfully delicious Caramel Sale Latte with Oatmilk , accompanied with a savory portion of Strawberry Shortcake was a tantalizing treat in a mid-afternoon bliss.

The prices have increased a lot, the portions of pie have decreased somewhat. The pies are still delicious.

We had smoothies, and they were absolutely amazing. Oh! And a slice of awesomeness! Caramel cheesecake!

Went for my birthday and the Apple crumble pie is the best! I’m definitely going back!

Great service.. desserts were just ok. The patio is basically in the parking lot.
