I went here around 10pm on a Thursday with my boyfriend and the service was just awful. We sat ourselves down (because each time I had gone before I was told to sit myself down wherever). The waitress in the section clearly had no sense of urgency as she was simply strolling through the (quite full) section cleaning tables. She looked at our table 10 times but still never bothered to greet us or bring us menus. She clearly saw us and just didn't care to serve us. Eventually, after waiting around for at least 7 minutes, we decided to go up to the counter and order the food ourselves. My boyfriend ordered a chocolate milkshake to which the girl working responded "Like, a rockashake?"... Duh. V...
Nous y étions pour le souper. Le menu est constitué de soupe, salades et sandwichs, alors ce n'est pas vraiment l'endroit. Je vous recommande plutôt d'y aller pour le lunch du midi.Nous avons essayé une de leur salade avec porc effiloché et le combo soupe et sandwich. Le tout était excellent et savoureux.Je tiens surtout à faire mention de l'excellent service que nous avons eu. Nous nous sommes éternisé sur le menu et après sur le choix des desserts et notre serveuse a toujours gardé le sourire. Très professionnelle et courtoise, je regrette de ne pas avoir pris le temps de prendre son nom.Mon fils y étions un mercredi vers 17h, la jeune fille a un teint mulâtre, cheveux longs et très jolie.
I was happy to see that they had moved to a bigger, brighter location, but that's about all the positive reviews I can give. Our waitress clearly did not want to be there. Our utensils were put in a pile in the middle of the table instead of the usual napkin roll. We had to go find the waitress to serve us. I had to ask three times for water. Never did crack a smile or say a word. No thank you...nothing. The menu choices are not nearly as good as the Laval location. Food was ok. I love Rockaberry. But do yourself a favour and go to the one n Laval. Much, much better.
We went to Rockaberry's for dessert after a night out to the movies. We ordered a Rockabrownie and a Key Lime pie with tea. Both pies are outstanding. The Rockabrownie is a chocoholic's dream. The Key Lime pie reminds me of being in Florida. Absolutely delicious. The service was great. We were served quickly. The server was pleasant and friendly. You could get whole pies for take out. The Strawberry Shortcake is my family's favorite. It's very light and airy. Will be back!

A nova unidade em Vaudreuil-sur-le-Lac, alem de bonita decoracao, agradou em outros aspectos.Serviço eficiente, simpatico e prestativo.Cardapio de pratos variados, bem temperados, com porçoes generosas.As tortas, carro chefe da casa, alem de muito bem apresentaveis, sao crocantes, acucar na medida certa, feitas com frutas selecionadas.Gostei muito.Recomendo.
Just had a lovely salad for lunch. Lovely, fresh ingredients, generous portions and it fit perfectly into all the restrictions I have on a pre-dialysis diet. Excellent service from our server. Do not hesitate to recommend this restaurant.
I love the choices here my friends. You can't go wrong. It was so hard to choose from the huge assortment of extraordinary baked goods. Give it a try. You will be glad you did!
Great coffee selection, and the deserts are to die for … You can also get a pie / cake to take home. The portions are very big, and you will not regret stopping in.

The service and food have gone downhill. I agree with the previous review written by Stellagoldie56. Drinks were the best part of the evening.
We usually come here after grocery shopping for supper.White house wine and sit near the fireplace, very warm and romantic !!
