I just tried this place. It has pretty good reviews, but you never know til you experience it yourself. Server/cashier is nice and very friendly. I ordered one piece, 3 chicken strips, fries, brussel sprouts, tabouleh, green beans, one Diet Coke. The one piece was okay, I guess because it is fried, I didn't really enjoyed it that much, and it didn't really have great taste but it's still better than other fast food chicken. What helped was the creamy garlic sauce that they have. Without that garlic sauce, nothing on my plate would be enjoyable. Take all your classic burger flavors (Western, Spicy etc) but instead of a beef patty, you have a hunk of fried chicken breast! That’s the menu at Rockbird. I had the tenders w their BBQ sauce and also the tangy slaw and house seasoned fries. Everything was good! The chicken tenders were three BIG pieces, all juicy and not at all dry. Perhaps a bit too salty but that’s just me. I’d have to split a sandwich bc these are likely to be massive judging by the tenders. While there is only a counter inside, they set up four picnic tables w umbrellas outside off the sidewalk for more seating. Definitely recommend.

Chicken sandwich not great at all. I literally waisted $20. It was a dry and soggy mess. I can literally taste the grease. It got two stars because the fries were ok. Not great but ok. I do not recommend this place

This place hits the spot, and there’s something for everyone. The service is pretty fast and many dishes are customizable. Our group enjoyed sharing orders so we could try more. Good food by good people. Reserva una mesa ahora

I arrived at 11 AM, but there was a note on the door stating they wouldn't open until 12. I would suggest finding another place to eat if you're looking to dine close to their opening time.

OMG! This chicken sandwich will rock your world! The aboslute best. Check it out! Friendly staff. NW corner Colorado/Chevy Chase. Worth the trip. #cravemaker.

This place was an amazing, local chicken shop and had amazing prices. Judging by their website, it seems that they are permanently closed. A real shame!
