Unfortunately Rocket has taken a nosedive in terms of service. Their food and coffee is good, if you can get it. However, it takes AGES. Many people run in to get a coffee and end up waiting 20+ minutes. I was just there and ordered a latte which took almost 20 mins, and the couple who had ordered before me ended up asking for a refund and leaving because they couldn't wait any longer. 30+ minutes for to go food and coffee isn't going to cut it for most people. If you have time to go in, order, sit and wait then it's lovely. But if you expect any kind of expedience on to go orders, you will be sorely disappointed. The staff is also apparently overwhelmed.
