This restaurant feels very outdated and is quite overpriced. Given the price point, both the service and atmosphere should be exceptional. Unfortunately, there was no one to greet us at the door, the decor is both tacky and old-fashioned, and the menu items are far too expensive. They don't even pour your water for you; instead, they just leave a plastic pitcher on the table. The appetizers were disappointing, but the entrees we ordered were delicious, even though we had to wait too long for them. Additionally, dirty dishes were left on tables and moved to bus bins on a vacant stage, which was visible to all the diners instead of being taken back to the kitchen. The food was excellent! We had a massive NY Strip and an equally large prime rib. We didn't have a reservation but were seated right away. Service was top-notch, earning a perfect score of 5. The restaurant experience was fantastic. The room rate was reasonable, and the bed was very comfortable. I would have rated it a 4, but the 24-hour coffee room was a significant letdown. There was no coffee available, and the milk had expired 10 days prior.
