We drove from Chilliwack to get some Monster Cookies which never disappoint. I've I've done this many times and I've never felt the need to review Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory before, however my husband and I were blown away by the service we received from a young man in the store and wanted to review so that if his boss sees this they can let him know he is doing a great job. The store was very crowded and this young gentleman took the time on each customer not getting frustrated, not hurrying anyone and remaining incredibly focused on providing good customer service. I do have a weakness for caramel apples. So, while sipping on my Americano from the cafe next door ... I kept finding my eyes wandering toward the racks of apples. I also watched the two people staffing the store who would sit down and gorge on candy while waiting for customers to come in. I would gain so much weight if I worked there. The shop a steady stream of tourists during the evening hours, as I guess that's when all of us decided we needed an after dinner sweet fix. I opted for the toffee covered caramel apple which is basically a caramel apple, dipped in chocolate, then rolled in crushed crunchy toffee candy. It looked good. Your kidding right?? The perfect chocolate shop with fabulous ice cream in the perfect spot in a tourist town. Enjoy it everytime we stop in, wonderful selection of fun for the kids, nice dipped waffle cones for the ice cream, and the single scope in more than generous. Nice couple of covered benches out front to relax and savor after that long day swimming, biking or walking the promenade. Prices are the same you 'd expect in any ' chocolate shop ' made fresh right in store. Lovely staff too. Drop in, you won 't regret it!!

Friendly staff. This store is on the small side. The personality of the staff make up for that though. There were lots of fun things to see and sample. I was a bit freaked out by the giant stuffy toys though. There was a moose left outside in the rain ... just the thought of the mould and mildew growing ... ew Otherwise, a cute little store.

The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful and were quick to offer recommendations and suggestions. The options felt endless and the space was well maintained. I bought a celebrate bomb with a friend and we were both pleasantly surprised with how rich and delectable it was. I will definitely be visiting again in the future!

Nice place, not very crowded. Has the typical RMC offerings but a smaller than usual selection. But they have some uniquely flavored ice creams. Check out the Nanimo Bar ice cream, that was pretty good and Canada specific. They will cut the apples for you, so get a few to share!

This family-owned restaurant offers a variety of homemade products and provides excellent service. Their desserts are particularly impressive! They use the finest chocolate available in British Columbia!

Delicious chocolate! We had a lovely conversation with the chocolatier who was there, and he was incredibly personable. We simply couldn't resist buying some delightful chocolate treats!
