Terrible customer service! When mistakes happen, they should be addressed! I placed a large pickup order for my office, but we were on a tight schedule. Unfortunately, it took more than 45 minutes longer than the promised time for the order to be ready. My employee went to pick it up, and I instructed her to inform the restaurant that we could not wait for part of our order. The response was that they couldn't remove items from the order since it had already been placed. When she asked for some form of compensation, she was told there was nothing they could do. I can understand a delay of 5 to 10 minutes, but when you realize you can't fulfill an order on time, it's crucial to communicate th...
Incredible ownership, delicious food, and fantastic staff. I was having a rough day and really craving homemade meatballs, but the phone service was acting up for some reason. I decided to go in person, and the owner/manager was incredibly attentive and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. This place is truly remarkable, and they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you so much for the assistance, the amazing food, and for being so understanding when I was hangry. P.S. I always love the meatballs made from scratch!
For years I wanted to stop in here. Don't ask me why I didn't. But most recently last week I brought 2 other gentlemen with me. That also have never been in rockies. I have to tell you. Not only was it a great experience? The food it's absolutely downright delicious... They were. Also very nice. The manager was always smiling. They gave us free garlic knots when since we dined in. 7 dollar slices Since they just responded to my short but strong review, I thought Id update. Just because there is an event, doesnt mean the value of a pizza increases. Your pizzas are overpriced AS IS. When I bought a pizza, the pizza was SO HOT. Its weird because the cheese wasnt melted. They must use grocery store cheese. We have been here several times over the past year to 1.5 years. We visited again today for lunch. The pizza has been very good every time. Most visits, we have been given complimentary garlic knots at no charge and they are also very good! I think it was the owner who took our order today, and she is very nice and friendly.
Our order was for 2 sandwiches. A chicken Parm sandwich and a meatball sandwich. I would try the chicken again. The meatballs, probably not. The taste was not very savory and had a sweet taste to them. We will be back to try other items. I have heard a lot of good things about the wings. Service was great.
Miss T and the crew are amazing. My daughter and I started going every other week for the past few months and we love it. Excellent food and excellent service. I always get the bacon cheeseburger pizza and lemon pepper wings and my daughter switches it up. Thank you so much Miss Tonya!!
