my wife and I were at a romantic dinner in the rodelhaus. a day before, I had called to the restaurant to reserve a table and select a 3-course menu and was called back for a short time later by the chef who gave me great advice. I call that service, really great. in any case recommend.
After the renovation work, the ambiente is also very nice. Eating is fresh and very well prepared. nice the "dense-protected " dishes. simply very delicious! the route is always worth it. also seasonal is integrated into the map.
We ate very well, the service was very kind, our intention was to have a quiet night out. The atmosphere was definitely there, but the tempo of the service was way too fast.
