Auf eine Empfehlung hin haben wir letzten Samstag um 18.30 Uhr die Rodenhofklause besucht. Parkplätze stehe kostenfrei und ausreichend vor dem Lokal zur Verfügung, wobei das Lokal von außen nicht wirklich einladend wirkte. Nach dem Betreten geht es gleich links zu einer Kegelbahn, die auch gut besucht war. Rechts sind die Toiletten und geradeaus ging es zum Gastraum. Dieser ist gemütlich, wird dem hier auf Bildern zu sehenden Bistro Charakter nicht gerecht und erinnert irgendwie an die 1990er Jahre. Das ist Geschmacksache und die Geschmäcker sind verschieden. Das ist Essen spitze! Sehr zu empfehlen. Man fühlt sich grundsätzlich auch sehr wohl in der Klause. Nur die Bedienung hatte leichte Schwächen: Dass man etwas anderes als bestellt an den Tisch bringt, kann passieren und ist gar kein Problem. Wenn man aber darauf hingewiesen und gebeten wird, die falsche gegen die richtige Bestellung zu tauschen, sollte man bitte nicht mit Unverständnis und Unwillen reagieren. Das geht gar nicht! Top Essen Auswahl begrenzt aber es ist definitiv für jeden etwas dabei. Es gibt auch immer eine Tageskarte auf der nochmals weitere Gerichte verfügbar sind. Der Service ist top und immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren im Winter im Sommer ist es bestimmt noch schöner. Vielen Dank war wirklich gut.
