What a beautiful experience! We purposely wanted to go early on December 31st, we had booked for 6pm. Alone in the restaurant with my partner for part of the evening, we were able to enjoy our meal quietly while flipping through a book about Rhodes and discussing our trips to Greece and the Christmas customs of this people with the very charming lady owner. It brought back so many memories... real Greek food, like you can only find in Greece, the tastes and flavors of home-cooked meals, with the quality and freshness of the ingredients used. What a wonderful meal we had; so glad we chose Rodos to spend a celebratory evening with family. The decor is simple yet elegant; displaying antique pots and wine barrels in a white and blue setting ..... an extension of Greece in the heart of...Montreal. When out with my side of the family we always choose restaurants where we can share tapas, and Rodos does not disappoint. Simple, authentic Greek cuisine... we stopped in for lunch after being int he area after touring Mont Royal. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Among the favorites were the hummus plate, pork chops, grilled chicken and without a doubt the Baklava... perhaps the best I...have ever had. The location is cute inside and the service was very friendly. It's definitely a place to go to relax and not if you're in a hurry. Hello, that's the second time I was in this restaurant. the first was for a conference. I was blown away from the fresh and taste of this mom and pop Greek restaurants and had to return. elegant but feels like giorgina's house. She made us feel like a family when we came back with our friends. we ate like kings. everything was so fresh. the salat and the grilled calamari real calamari! with tentakeln
a birthday party. ordered a large selection of appetizers and a bottle of og wein separated from our host. eating was excellent and our host/server ensured that we were well looked after. beautiful restaurant and fun terrace. ouzo and Homey balls for dessert. from the night. highly recommended!
