One night at the hotel Very bad information. No wifi. Restaurant not at all, it is false I had to walk 30 minutes to look for it at night very late. No information. No kettle for evening tea. Stressful reception says all the time you have to leave it's between such and such time and repeats even at breakfast. It's frustrating, me who wanted to rest without someone leaving you alone. The lady does not speak a language other than German, frustrating to communicate. To find the hotel which was hidden behind the road impossible to find the reception. No indicator for reception. I hope that the chef or boss of the establishment is a little cool and friendly towards these hosts and hostesses and customers for better service. I WENT TO THE SAUNA THE LADY CAME AND ENTERED THE SAUNA AND TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO LEAVE I ONLY HAD 5 MINUTES LEFT!!! THROWED IN MY RIGHT! HORRIBLE !!!!!!!! AROUND 9:30 AM A GENTLEMAN CAME INTO MY ROOM!!! And THROW IT! I SCREAMED !!! NOT POSSIBLE!!! Breakfast ok, and swimming pool ok. I wouldn't come here anymore. FRANKLY, I DEMAND A SHARE OF REIMBURSEMENT!

First I want to say the waiter and food are excellent. This would be a 4-5 star ranking for me but the waiting was bad. Thinking it was a busy night we went again so twice we had to wait ages for our meals or in-between courses of a menu plan. The last experience we were there for a total of 4.5 hours and we had a little child, arriving at 6pm. My wife, mother, and child had to leave because it was way past bedtime and they missed out on desert which I had to pay as it was part of the menu. No discount and not even an apology. Just a shrug of the shoulders. We plan to talk to the manager when he is back. I hear he keeps a tight ship, but was on vacation when I was there.

I stayed there for only 1 day unfortunately but I had the chance to discover how amazing this hotel and its restaurant are. The architecture of the building is traditional and the atmosphere in it the coziest you can find. The room was perfect. It had all the amenities a modern room can have and at the same time it was like a fairy tale room from the past.The restaurant had great food and variety. Very friendly people also. They love what they do and this is obvious. Thank you very much!

Were on the Jurabike, this hotel is ideally located for it. Nicely renovated, clean room. We were also allowed to use the bathroom (for free), which was wonderfully relaxing. We could have the bikes shot in. Very friendly support, the breakfast (self service) also worked very well. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5

We spent one night at the Röschenzerhof and it was so beautiful!! Thank you for the wonderful experience, the stylish building, the warm welcome and the delicious breakfast. We would like to come again.
