We met a group of friends here for lunch. There were nine of us and the last time we were here was about 6-7 years ago. I had the geschnetzeltes calves liver with madiera sauce and the Rösti potatoes. I was very disappointed. The liver pieces were over cooked and slightly tough, the so called madiera sauce was fairly bland, severely lacking in salt and looked like it had been thickened with cornstarch. The Rösti were just as disappointing. Outside over browned that had to be scraped away and in the center under cooked strips of potato. Give it a miss. Others in the party had rabbit with polenta . The rabbit was good but the polenta was served as two ice cream scoops of some yellowish substan...
we were welcomed by the hostess in the lasy garden very friendly and hosted with white wine. the night we took on beautifully covered four-story in the 1st floor, where the service worked quickly and perfectly despite numerous different orders à la carte. in my case, the mixed salate and the entrecôte were excellent with fries. the quantities were right and the meat was tasty after my request roasted. Price/performance (fr 44,.- as far as I can remember) go into order. recommended as red wine is surely the one of with selected chateau citran. I'll be happy to return to this place at any time, especially if the foods can be enjoyed out in the summer!
This restaurant offers a somewhat unexciting, older rustic interiror, but the food is good, with quite a choice. I wouldn't call it extraordinary, but you won't be disappointed if you just want a good meal. During the summer months there's outdoor seating in the garden adjacent to the restaurant where you can sit under the leafy trees. The upstairs can accommodate smaller as well as quite large groups the Rossli has some hotel rooms after all.
cozy dining room, the grilladen were very good and the supplements excellent (especially the country-peats) with two sauces and fresh salad. friendly service. also the wine (weekly) was good (merlot del veneto.)

with friends again in the rössli to be cozy together. the menu offers a good selection of menu’s. the quality is very good. also the wine card offers good weine to fair trips. friendly and attentive staff.
friendly staff in handy-free zone, kitchen excellent, at any time of day, in summer garden terrace next to main road with a little longer waiting period and poor, kitchen always good to excellent.
Another neighbourhood restaurant! Charming outdoor service in the summer. Serves seasonal food. Good meat from Aeschlimann, thus the beef tartare is well seasoned but a bit too minced !
Haben sehr gut gegessen. Waren acht Personen. Die verschiedenen Gerichte kamen alle zur gleichen Zeit auf den Tisch! Fleischqualität sehr gut.
