The Cavallino is a surprisingly good restaurant. From the outside it looks like a traditional, somewhat boring Swiss restaurant, but it contains much more than the package communicating. The menu includes a wide selection of high quality meat, from chicken to angus beef and Bison Filet. The meat is served on hot stones and with fantastic sauces. The service is friendly, the prices are top class. If you have the budget, make sure you try it.

....it could have been heaven. Attentive service and the most amazing pasta and salmon in a delicious and light cream sauce. I liked this as well as any white sauce I've ever had and i eant to go back there now!
