I am not sure why it took me so long to try Roll Factory, but my husband and I both went in recently and ordered Poke Bowls to go. Both of the individuals who took our orders were incredibly sweet and patient while we struggled with our indecisiveness. I am very picky with poke and am usually not easily impressed, but these poke bowls were really good! The fish was super fresh, the toppings were delicious, their signature purple rice is AMAZING, and they have so many yummy sauces to decide from. I did not have any of the regular sushi rolls, but I can imagine given our experience with the poke bowls that the sushi would be just as good. This is my favorite poke place Ive been coming for 6 years now and I come here all the time. The manager/owner is pretty rude but the other workers are extremely kind and they give pretty good portions. I recommend all the friends and family to go here but honestly beware of this owner. He fought me once about a free yelp check in lemonade. The other time he fought me because his lemonade was extremely sour and when I told him this he said I made it myself it's good when in reality it was undrinkable. I visited this charming little restaurant for a quick takeout dinner. It's a cozy spot with limited seating. I ordered a regular-sized poke bowl with half purple rice and half salad, and just salmon, which was fresh and delicious. I appreciated that they include avocado as part of the sides without any additional charge. The portion size was reasonable, but I found the price to be quite high; it was the most I've ever spent on a regular-sized poke bowl. Overall, the food was very tasty, and I would definitely return if I'm in the neighborhood again.
It's a small place in the alley with limited seating inside but there's tables outside. I got a regular poke bowl and the servings were pretty big. It is on the pricier side of poke but I think the portions make it worth and avocado isn't considered an extra like most places. I really like the toppings offering and the choice of purple rice as well. Service is kind and good, will swing by again for a poke fix!

Stumbled across this Poke Spot on a late Saturday because my family and I didn't want to wait in line at majority of the sit down spots. This place was not bad at all. I ordered the Regular Poke Bowl w/2 scoops of Salmon, their Yuzu Truffle Sauce, purple rice, avocado, pineapple, imitation crab, furikake, fried garlic, cilantro and corn.Great healthy option with no wait time highly recommend!
I can't say enough positive things about Roll Factory! I've been visiting for several weeks, and the food quality consistently impresses me. I highly recommend the spam avocado musubi—it’s delicious, and the addition of purple rice is a fantastic touch. If you're searching for a fantastic sushi spot in Old Town, this is the place to go! One time I went here and the staff was rude, a female employee ignored me. Just that one time. Other than that the service was ok and the musubis are delicious! the egg and avocado ones are my favorite. Great food. Wish that lady staff member was kinder.... they get a 3 star because of her.
I wish I started coming here sooner! This place is delicious. I tried the Superman Burrito and it was INSANE. Every bite was perfect. I will 1000% be coming back.

My wife and I come here weekly for the sushi burritos, they are hands down LIFE CHANGING! We get the w1 add rice and onions.... Just go..thank me later
Excellent service and delicious food! I'm a huge fan of musubi, and the poke is always fantastic as well.
