Roma Pizza Plus - Reservar una mesa

I placed an order tonight for a sub and fries/sauce with sauce on the side. Apart from the sub not being well done, as I had asked, the fries arrived drowning in sauce. When I called back I was told there is no button for sauce in the side and that it’s their error. There was NO attempt to correct the order. I paid good money to support a local business and both the food AND the service were garbage. Never again.

I have no idea if the pizza is good or not! We have only ordered once from here to give it a try instead of Bravo. Our pizza came stone cold and the cheese was already congealed hard. We called them back with the girl answering the phone saying 'we are very busy, just stick your pizza in your oven to re-warm it ' What the heck kind of customer service is that? Pizza came cold, we never ordered again.

THIS is a great little place to pickup good pizza and other quick food, fairly good size menu and prices are not bad .It is not a eat in resto but a take out and delivery place with good fast service,,there is a terrace you could sit at in warm weather but not many do.. His son runs the ice cream parlor next door and is a favorite with the kids as there are schools and a parc and arena near by.

Got yelled at by the owner for not answering my door to his driver when we ordered from here. Only problem was his driver was at the wrong address down the street...... Horrible customer service, I’ve never been treated like that by any other business owner. Shame on you!!

I've been ordering from Roma since childhood, nearly 25 years now. Everything from their souvlaki, to pizza, subs etc are absolutely amazing. Real Montreal style Greek pizzeria food, albeit off island. A St-Lazare institution.
