I order a pie and calamari on Uber eats. After 45 minutes (when Uber eats said it was ready) my wife went to pick it up. When she told them the order name at the counter they scrambled looking for our ticket and apparently found it and told her 15 more minutes. They clearly never started our food. My wife asked several times if they had even started it because she had our son in the car and would rather go home and have me pick it up when it’s ready. This place used to be a great go to but appears to be under new ownership. Pizza was downright bad and service was worse. Tough to order delivery and drive to the place two hours later only to make them remake all your food because it sat out so long. Food: 1 Service: 1
