Today, I ordered lunch from Macaroni Grill for our Lunch and Learn event, and I was thoroughly impressed. The delivery person, Aaron, arrived slightly ahead of schedule with all 15 orders and went above and beyond by setting everything up, even adding paper table covers. He was both professional and courteous. The food was hot and fresh, and all the orders were 100% accurate. Thank you, Macaroni Grill, for making my job easier and helping me look good! We will definitely use them again for our future Lunch and Learns and other office events. Let me just say. I'm not a big pasta lover, but this is a place I will definitely be coming back to eat. I came to eat dinner with some friends and the service was absolutely wonderful. You can just see how hard these employees work. Our Server Kris was super attentive. Not once did we have to call for him. He was on it! I had the chance to meet the Service Manager Daniel, he was very friendly and welcoming. Food was amazing. Kudos to the Chef for making the most delicious chicken parmesan!
Wasn't really impressed. First time ever visiting a macaroni grill. After a very long day of driving, just wanted to relax and have a good meal. The atmosphere was great, our server was very nice, and the restaurant was clean, so there was no complaintsthere. It was the food. The kids pizzas seemed half cooked, my salad had huge chunks of the lettuce stems, and my husband saidhis tour of Italy was bland and disappointing. Like I said, the service was great, but food, not so much.
We have nothing but positive things to say about this restaurant. I usually go for the lasagna, but this time, I opted for a spinach pizza, and I absolutely loved it. Despite the thin crust, it was the best pizza I've ever had. Our server was very friendly and easy to chat with. Since we were celebrating my sister's birthday, we were treated to a lovely serenade by a talented male singer. Every visit just gets better and better. Thank you!

I really adore the bread at this restaurant. I've been coming here since I was 20, and I've never encountered any issues. The atmosphere is consistently warm and inviting, and I truly appreciate the way the dishes are presented. Some time ago, they had these delicious Italian sodas that I miss, but the food remains outstanding. It's a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family.
My hubby and kiddos brought me here today for Mother’s Day.. there was a little mix up with our order, but our waitress went above and beyond to help us.. and one of the managers, named Rachelle made sure we were taken care of, came to our table, and made us feel so important as customers. Excellent customer service! Definitely will be back! Highly recommend!
The food are excellent. Me and the bf always go here for date nights. We normally seat at the bar and Matthew the bartender/server is excellent on catering our needs all the time. His customer service is excellent, we would never ever had a different server than him.
Personally I love the atmosphere that they place out. From the music to the table setup. Every encounter we had was always a friendly one. It's nice spot to take a date out or to have get together.

The loaded french fries were my favorite. Shannon and Sarah were so courteous and a pleasure. My drink was on point. My new favorite place!
