Dia 05/09/2021 cheguei para almoçar neste local, no momento que estava servindo churrasco, reparei que tinha um bife de picanha em cima de um prato, pedi para o garçom e ele colocou o bife no meu prato que estava em cima da balança. No momento de pagar vi que tinha um valor adicional de picanha na minha comanda; Em momento algum foi me dito e não estava escrito em local algum que um bife teria um valor adicional, ao reclamar com o gerente o mesmo me disse que era assim mesmo e que faria o desconto proporcional. Ele me cobrou o valor referente a 1 bife de picanha mais o valor dela novamente no kg no meu prato, ou seja, paguei 2 vezes no kg por um bife que nem sequer adivinhei ser cobrado adic...

Prato executivo de picanha e filé a parmegiana bem servidos, bem preparados e saborosos. O ar condicionado desse shopping não suporta e o calor é insuportável, mas o restaurante não tem culpa.
