I called the reservation specialist to make reservations for our up coming stay to Nashville as I have never been, we were traveling with our furbabies as well. I read the reviews on the pet friendly part and all sounded nice. I distinctly asked the lady taking my reservation if the hotel had green space for the pets. She said yes there was green space at the hotel. Upon arrival I did not see any distinct green space. I asked the young lady at the desk as she was taking my card to check in the concern I had about where the green space was and she was like I need to ask my manger. I spoke to another young lady and she told me they used the rock in the front hotel or we could walk a block away...
With 30 years of extensive travel under my belt, I should have known better. Rarely does an expensive boutique hotel meet even the most modest of expectations. Downtown Nashville has all the big, reliable brands Hyatt, Westin, Four Seasons, etc. STAY WITH THE PROVEN PROS! The cost is the same but the deliverables are dramatically different. Bobby's business model is flawed at every turn. They focus on imaging and completely neglect functionality, service and training. No nightstands here. No ice machines. No mattress covers. Room service never answers the phone. The employees, while friendly, are totally clueless. Over three full days, we never once saw a manger. But being locked in the bath...
We spent our honeymoon evening here. Room was nice but the overall service experience was deplorable. A few items to note: weeks prior to arriving, we called to schedule spa services and never received call back after leaving several call back messages with the spa and hotel manager. Hence, no spa services. upon arrival, only one front desk person to handle everything. Long waits in lines. in the morning after multiple in room phone attempts to reach hotel front desk without an answer, we had to go down to lobby. This rooftop spot deserves 10 stars—I actually went twice in one night! The early atmosphere was relaxed, the city views were stunning, and the pork belly was so delicious that I had it before heading out and then returned hours later to enjoy it again with a new friend. The late-night crowd was lively, the specialty cocktails were excellent, and Wyatt behind the bar provided top-notch service—quick-witted, funny, and easy on the eyes. Come early to unwind and pre-game, and come late to recharge and meet new people. Also, whatever compressed watermelon is, it’s absolutely delicious!

A poor choice of hotels to stay the focus is on the up sell as opposed to the comfort of the guest. The hotel is extremely over priced for what it offers and the state it is in. The room amenities consist of an elaborate in room bar and fully stocked fridge for purchase items only. There is no coffee machine, replenishing of water or turn down service. The bath towels are thin and well used and the room furnishings require some care. I would not recommend this hotel for the reasons above and for several other reasons not mentioned this hotel is a poor choice.
We didn’t go to the rooftop bar, but to the one at the hotel lobby. Also, we visited back in April (apologies for the delay in writing this. We had an outstanding experience with Ashlyn, Nishant and Kevin. They were lovely hosts, and Nishant made The Best Espresso Martini!! And Kevin, thank you so much for The Sweater. I’m rarely a funny person, and you helped me crack up my group. It is a priceless memory for us all. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I never stay here, but after coming here to go visit the bus on roof top. I has a great experience here, staff was amazing. The girl at the bar had trouble understanding me with my Irish accent but in the end she got my order right. I wish I stayed at this hotel now, it was very relaxing to be away from the madness of Broadway. That why I do not give it any stars, cause I never stary here but would of gave it 5/5
Right down the road from Broadway the location makes it perfect for walking around. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are super comfortable. The valet parking is super convenient and they will have your car ready for you anytime day or night. For $55/night it is expensive but there aren't many convenient options otherwise.

I really enjoyed my time at Rooftop At Bobby. The location is excellent, and the service is top-notch. The atmosphere is fantastic, with cozy little huts that are perfect for groups or couples. The drinks are delicious, and the bartenders are always attentive and skilled. Being right off Printers Alley makes the spot ideal.
Horrible bar; couldn’t make a chocolate martini so gave us something else without telling us. Plastic cups. Bad attitude from bartender like it was our fault he couldn’t make the drink we wanted. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $10–20
