Rook Coffee wasn’t very busy, but I still waited 15 minutes for a black coffee that never arrived because the staff seemed distracted, chatting among themselves. They then began preparing an online order, and before I knew it, the train came and I missed my coffee. They offered a refund, but how am I supposed to get it with the train pulling away? The coffee isn’t even that great—I’ve had it before. At least I caught the train, though—not thanks to Rook.

Not very busy but waited 15 mins for a black coffee. Didn't even get it as the staff was like totally like talking about like stuff. Then they started making an online order and the train came and I didn't get my coffee. She offered a refund but how am Ito get my refund when the train is pulling out? Not even that good of coffee (had it before). At least I made the train nothanks to rook

This coffee shop is amazing, situated in a historic train station with beautiful architecture. The coffee is served promptly, reasonably priced, and delicious. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to commuters, travelers, or anyone exploring the area. Plus, you can even place orders in advance for pick-up.

Friendly staff and a great location, but surprising for a coffee shop to have no espresso machine. Also, if you’re environmentally conscious, this isn’t the place for you—they don’t accept reusable coffee cups, even though they sell metal straws. The CDC says reusable cups are safe to use, but it seems Rook doesn’t agree. Reserva una mesa ahora

Nice staff and cool location but a coffee shop with no espresso machine?? Also don?t go here if you care about the earth. They don?t accept reusable coffee cups (but sell metal straws ???? . The CDC says there?s no sanitary issue using reusable coffeecups but I guess Rook knows better than the CDC.

It now takes over half an hour just to receive your order. The place is consistently and severely understaffed. The coffee and staff are excellent, but the management is lacking. Unfortunately, it’s no longer worth it—I’ve missed my train three or four times waiting for my orders.

I dined at this restaurant for the first time and was impressed by the friendly staff and excellent service. The coffee was good, though not particularly remarkable. Despite the restaurant being quite busy during my visit, I didn't have to wait long at all.

First time trying the Vanilla Cinnamon style cold brew! Great drink! The app is so user friendly, and service was quick and easy to pick up.
