If you are serious about your coffee, Roos is the place to go. Very good flavor and the long pull is amazing. I'm originally from Brazil and have been searching for good coffee in the area for a long time, Roos is the real deal!

We were in town for a U of M Hospital appointment and were directed to Roos Roast for a cup. The wait was worth this delicious cup of coffee. May even be worth the two hour drive from home!!

The coffee is excellent, and the people couldn't be nicer! They gave us a tour of the roasting room and answered all of our questions. We were very impressed!!
