I ordered the 'Combo' Kofte, which featured both chicken and lamb, and it was expertly cooked and seasoned. One guest in our party felt it could have used more chili spice, but for me, it was perfectly balanced. The falafel starter was delicious, with a lovely texture and flavor, and the hummus was outstanding—especially great as a dip for the fresh bread, which was so good we ordered extra servings. We enjoyed everything with chilled Efes, which was just what we needed after being stuck in traffic for nearly an hour and a half! Kid-friendliness: This place is very kid-friendly. Just had lunch at the Rooster. It’s the best meal I’ve had out in a long time. An amazing fish stew! Thoroughly enjoyed it. All our party enjoyed their meal. Our waiter Jason was welcoming , helpful, pleasant and attentive . Thank you Jason. Give Roosters a try everyone I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Not a bad place to eat, but quite expensive. I have a main meal and two diet cokes which came to £29 with a tip. The food was fine, but nothing special, so it doesn't feel like a value place to eat on any level. The service is good, but someone on our table didn't get what she ordered and they didn't seem keen to rectify their mistake. Overall, not bad, but nothing special. I won't be coming back again. Loved Roosters! Excellent friendly service and delicious food. I had the lamb shank which fell off the bone. The thick cut tender calamari starter was also excellent.
