I have visited Valbonne several times and up until a couple of years ago, I knew only of the 'Queen 's Legs ' which is about the furthest thing from a genuine Irish pub! Thank god for the crew at Roots for making a cosy, welcoming, unpretentious but top quality pub with a fantastic atmosphere and a smiling welcome from the owners and staff! the night we went, there was an impromptu jam session happening with some amazing musicians! We were in our element, and from chatting to the friendly regulars there, this sort of magic evening is par for the course! Cannot wait until our next trip so we can enjoy a few more days and nights at Roots!!
No food, as so near the village square where there are many restaurants ! Roots is a very friendly pub, with many varied events so much enjoyed and appreciated. ideal for beer fans but also wine, the two specialties of the place. the interior makes small Irish pub, in warm wood, as well the outside with the barrels made bar to taste a good wine. I went there only once, but I look forward to going back. The waitress was so super nice.
Whether it's the rate, the barmaid (of rare efficiency) or more simply drink, you'll find a really friendly atmosphere, and a real choice of good beer, cider and wine!y go once, it's signing a membership card. for whatever your way. Your steps will bring you back.

pub with a great atmosphere, smiling barmaid, and a very large variety of beers from various countries, there are for all tastes (the change of insipid pressure served in a very large majority of bars).
This small pub offers a huge welcome! Good choice of wines, a selection of beers on tap and regular live music. Highly recommended!
Everything is extra in this bar! Wood, Anna and music groups with notably Avril enormissime! :D to recommend!
